Is one half of the ship allowed to be an OC?

Like there is a character that was in a show I love but in her one episode, she was 12. I aged her up and expanded her within that fandom world to write.

Or an original story?

Hi there, sorry for the slow reply! Yes, we do accept original works, so I see no problem with having an original character paired up with an established character from canon. =D The only problem that might arise is references for an accompanying fanwork, if you choose to be paired with a fanworker. So long as you can provide some references to a fanworker, everything should be fine! Please let us know if you need anything else!
