So. I have a question about cheerleaders. How does one obtain a cheerleader? Artists pick a fic based on the fandom and summary, etc., but what about cheerleaders? I know there's a sign-up post, but is there a time when the cheerleaders pick which fics/authors they're going to cheer on?
I'm asking because I find myself devoid of cheer in need of a morale boost.
