Check-In Posts: New this year, we will be posting multiple, casual check-in posts throughout the Bang. These will be places to not only let us know how things are going with you and your writing, but to check in with your fellow creators!! You can cheer, complain, panic, flail, vent, whatever you need. These will be check-ins that you are encouraged but not required to do. (Exception: The only one you absolutely must participate in is the Mandatory Check-In on August 15.) Casual check-ins will be comment based, while the big Mandatory one will be poll-based and requires emails to us (more on that when the time comes). The first Casual Check-In will be coming up on July 4.
Promo Stuff: To help spread the word about the remaining sign-ups, schedule, etc, check out this promo post or the collection of 2018 banners/icons. We have loads of fab authors who will need art and editors!

While you can change your plotbunny at any time until the mandatory check-in point, we're also offering you this post to help figure things out. You provide descriptions of up to five of your plotbunnies (including fandom/pairing), and we put up a poll here to see what people are interested in. No obligation to go with the winner, but it might help you choose!

HBB 2018 - Thoughts & Polls!

Apologies for the radio silence on our end. For my part, I have had a super tough year in a very intense university program and I am just now getting back onto my feet a bit, post exams, et al. — hence the big delay in getting things rolling for HBB!So on that note, I have a bunch of questions for you guys about the future of HBB. Please check out the polls HERE ON LJ (because I cannot seem to figure out how to post a poll on DW?!) - fill out the short survey, and leave all your comments (either on here or on LJ) so traycer_ and I can figure out how to proceed. :)
