How far are you into the story? (Beginning, middle, end, etc.) Thus far, nada, zip, zero. Just a bit of prewriting. I lost most of July due to injury.
How many words?

How far are you into the story? Not much further than I started with, ie last years snippets and a general plan.
How many words? About 2k.
I am feeling… Er, not pleased? It's been pretty hectic for me lately, but when I can carve out writing time I can usually manage thousands of words at a go. So I really only need to find 3-4 decent writing days between now and the mandatory check-in for the big, 1-2 days for little. So still hopeful.
Anything else: Are the snippets purely for the artist, or also a way to gauge how the writer is going? Because I don't want to raise any red flags by submitting the same or mostly the same snippets again. Depending on how drafting goes, I may want to change my key scenes for snippet purposes, but they were chosen last year for a reason and while I lost everything but the snippets in my laptop crash I'm still planning a similar sequence of events based on what I can recall.

How far are you into the story? (Beginning, middle, end, etc) Early in the middle. Like transitioning between the first and second plotpoints for the middle section.
How many words? Approximately 15k. Not all of them are typed up yet but most are.
I am feeling... Okay, I guess. I'm confident I can finish the fic but I'm worried I might not get time to edit it as it deserves. I'm still splitting my attention with another fic, which is nearly finished now but I've been really struggling with this current chapter, stuck on the same scene for the last three days, so that's now late and eating up more BB time. I do have some good scenes from the BB for the mandatory check in, so that part should be fine.
Anything else: Question: Are we allowed to edit the fics after submission?
