Well, you can peruse the cheerleading post to see if there's one that mentions your fandom/pairing, and reply to their comment/pm them to see if they're willing to cheerlead you. Or you could even make a post at the het big bang support comm asking for cheerleaders. The latter is virtually guaranteed to get you some love! ;)
