The whole thing really annoys me, especially as by doing this they're also erasing Loras's relationship with Renly which was a big part of his character as well. If you were a show only fan and hadn't seen the deleted scene on the DVD you would barely even know how strongly he loved Renly- or even that he cared about him at all. It really does seem as if if the only person who loved and cared about Renly was Brienne and that's simply not true, much a I love her.
Seriously what would it have cost you to simply say; my brother Willas would like to marry you Sansa? It makes her look really daft and oblivious and does her character no favours either frankly
