het_bigbangHello everyone! Today is the last day to fill out the Check-In Survey and the last day to claim a posting date! A big thank you to everyone that has already checked in and claimed their posting date!
You must fill out the survey, even if you or your group has already claimed a date! Filling out the survey helps mods to see where everyone is at and to make sure everyone is still here!

Updated Posting Information:
You do not need to wait for the “Posting Open” notice that will go out sometime tomorrow morning. Once it is October 16th for you, feel free to begin posting! Mods will approve works to the HetBang Ao3 Collection as quickly as possible.
Do not post your work to the DreamWidth or LiveJournal comms! Posts are moderated on the comms and your post will be rejected. This is because mods are only checking the HetBang Ao3 Collection for works. We want there to be one centralized place to find works for everyone to enjoy!
If you need to change your posting date, for any reason, contact us ASAP!
Mod LuciferxDamien will be out of town, October 19th-21st, so we will be down to one mod for a few days. If your work takes a day or two to be approved, don’t panic! It may not be because something is wrong, it’s likely because a mod is not available at that time. If there is something wrong with your work, you will be emailed ASAP, so you can correct it!
Date Claims are ongoing and will be open through Saturday, October 15th, and will be closed Sunday morning, October 16th.
