Mandatory Check-In Reminder!

luciferxdamienHello everyone! Thank you to everyone that has checked in so far or let us know they need to drop out, we really appreciate it! If you have not checked in yet, please do so ASAP! If you need to drop out, please do let us know so that we can mark things down on our end, it’s a big help!
The form will remain open until April 10th. (It will be closed early Saturday morning, to give everyone the full day to check-in.) Anyone that does not check-in by April 10th will be dropped from HetBang 2019-2020. An email will go out letting participants know that they have been dropped.
If you do not check-in, you will be considered dropped from HetBang 2019-2020, and there could be consequences if you were paired with an author or fanworker through the claiming process! If you need to drop out, please let us know ASAP!

Please make sure you have gotten in contact with your author(s) and/or fanworker(s)! If you have not made contact yet, please let us mods know ASAP so we can help out. We want everyone to have ample time to create their works.
Posting guidelines and instructions will come out next month, before stories and fanworks are due. We know that this is a very difficult time with COVID-19. If something happens, please just let us know. We want to be as flexible as possible and are very willing to work with people that contact us!
