Repost: Back up artist needed, post #1
Aug. 28th, 2012 12:37 pmExcuse me, made a mistake. Reposting with the right claim.
One of our artists has dropped out, so we need a back up artist who can work with the insufferably short deadline of August 30, at 3pm PST. Otherwise, the entire big bang will be delayed by a while. Drop a note here, please.
57. Story Name: Invigorating
Fandom/Pairing: Crossover - Buffy the Vampire Slayer/Anita Blake - Buffy/Asher
Summary to be provided to the Artist: roughly - Asher knows that he will never again stand naked before a lover. Buffy knows differently. Or, alternatively: Buffy leaps into Glory's portal and lands in the Mississippi River. Honestly, it could be so much worse. Except, then she sees a familiar face and realizes that it really, really is (so much worse.)
Current Word Count and Expected Final Word Count: current word count: 67,500 words /// expected word count: 77,000 words

Date: 2012-08-28 08:34 pm (UTC)I've already forwarded the author a question like that (if no one else had claimed it, I had intended on just doing it myself. I am well-familiar with Buffy, and read the Anita books like a decade ago, so at least I was vaguely aware of its existence.) I'll get back to you with the information as soon as I can, or you can contact the author directly. (FYI, I asked flisters, and apparently Brad Pitt is an option, especially when he was "An Interview with a Vampire". But I was told: "Really, any pretty blonde man with icy blue eyes would work - just have to scar up the one side of his face a bit." Also, I think this guy Scott Speedman from the Underworld movies, is a good fit too:
Appreciate this so very much! You're a saint!
