Early Check-in

I've gotten several emails regarding the mandatory author check-in. If you will not be able to fill out our poll on the 15th, you can still participate in the Big Bang. Here's what you need to do...


Send an email to bigbang.het@gmail.com with the following:

BIG BANG:

SUBJECT LINE: [Your LJ Name: EARLY Big Bang Check In.]

Author Name: LJ name and AO3 Name
Story Name: if undecided or only tentative, please state that.
Fandom/Pairing: list the main one, and any minor pairings if you so please
Summary to be provided to the Artist: (Yes, this bit is mandatory.) It's fine if it's rough, but please give your artists an idea of what the story is about because claims will be done off this. Maximum 50 words.
Current Word Count and Expected Final Word Count:

Then supply your three snippets. 500-1000 words each, in the body of your email and NOT as a separate word document. You may leave any author's notes or any explanations you want, and you may also leave an email address or a way for your artist to contact you directly. Artist are not obliged to work directly with the author on their artwork, but most usually like author input or feedback of some kind. This entire email that you send to the mods will be directly forwarded to your artist.

LITTLE BANG:

SUBJECT LINE: [Your LJ Name: EARLY Little Bang Check In.]

Author Name: LJ name and AO3 Name
Story Name: if undecided or only tentative, please state that.
Fandom/Pairing: list the main one, and any minor pairings if you so please

DROP OUT:

SUBJECT LINE: [Your LJ Name: DROPPING OUT]

Just re-read your post there and realised I never put my email address into the body of the email, but the one that I sent it from is the one that I would use...can you give it to the artist when the time comes or should I send you a separate email?

And I'm sorry to bother you again! but I worry about these things to a ridiculous degree!
